For orders placed through Uber Eats or PickMe Food:

• Delivery time, charges, and rider service are managed by the respective platform.
• Any issues related to delivery delays or rider conduct must be addressed directly with the platform.

Salad Factory is responsible only for food preparation quality.

7. Corporate Orders

• Bulk and corporate orders may require advance notice (minimum 24 hours recommended for 50+ packs).
• Custom corporate packages must be confirmed in writing (via email or message).
• Cancellation policies for bulk orders may vary depending on preparation status.

Salad Factory reserves the right to require advance confirmation for large-scale events.

8. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
